Helping you raise money for charity: meet Jayne Moulding

Jayne has understood the challenges and delights of fundraising and helping others from a very young age.

Her first foray into charity fundraising began as a young child, collecting money door-to-door for the RSPCA.

Alongside and following this, Jayne joined the Junior Red Cross, volunteering to chat with lonely, elderly people in care homes after she returned from school.

After leaving school, Jayne qualified as a volunteer with St John Ambulance, helping to rescue patients after accidents and incidents at events.

Having qualified professionally in therapy treatments, Jayne volunteered to give shoulder and back massages, on behalf of the Red Cross to the charity MIND, giving relief to people with mental health issues. From here Jayne was invited to join the board of directors for MIND in Mold as she has an excellent head for thinking up, and putting into practice, fundraising initiatives.

Business brains as well

In her 20s Jayne ran the office and factory production line of her parents’ packaging business. She went on to establish a very successful bed and breakfast business and gift shop in Snowdonia.

Today, as well as continuing with her own charitable works, Jayne very much enjoys combining her business skills with helping other charities and groups to raise much-needed funds for their beloved causes.

e-mail Jayne today to start the dialogue on how she can help your group.
